The popular Wallsend Festival returns with a free and fun-packed programme.
Now in its 25th year, the community event will take place in Wallsend town centre on Saturday 4 July, between 10am and 4pm.
There will be fairground rides, circus workshops, character walkabouts, face painting, live music performances on the bandstand outside of the Forum Shopping Centre, information stalls and activities at Wallsend Library (open 9am – 1pm).

The event is organised by North Tyneside Council and supported by the Forum Shopping Centre.
